Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Report Options	Available options include the following: With Cancellations - Generates report with cancellation status details. With Cancel/Waitlist - Generates report with cancellation/waitlist status details. With Cancel/Waitlist/Walk - Generates report with cancellation/waitlist/walk-in status details. Reservations Only - Generates report with only reservation status details.

Status	The status of the reservation.
# of Nights	The number of nights of stay.
Room Type	The room type to which the room number belongs.
Adults	The number of adults on the reservation.
Package	The code of the package selected for the reservation.
Guarantee Method	The payment method that is used to guarantee the guest’s reservation.
Balance	The amount that must be received from the guest.
Room #	The room number of the guest.
Share	Indicates whether the reservation is a shared reservation.
VIP	Indicates where the guest is a VIP.
Wholesaler	Indicates whether the reservation is made by a wholesaler.
